About us
Behind the Confident Business English program stands Anca Bratu, the founder, together with a team of qualified trainers, carefully selected and trained to provide a high-quality learning experience.
With over 10 years of experience, we deliver English and French language programs for companies and individuals, with a primary focus on effective communication and fluency. We have been active since 2015, driven by a deep passion for pedagogy and foreign languages.
Over the years, we have worked with thousands of Romanian learners nationwide and globally — primarily entrepreneurs, freelancers, directors, managers, and specialists from various fields.
Anca’s professional journey began in 2009, when she was admitted to the Faculty of Letters at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, majoring in Applied Modern Languages – English–French Translation and Interpreting, with an average grade of 9.49, ranking 12th out of 12 tuition-free spots.
After the first semester, she quickly became one of the top students in her group, received a scholarship for outstanding academic results, and maintained this level of performance throughout eight years of university studies—bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs. She passed both her bachelor’s and dissertation exams with the highest grade, 10, under the supervision of the head of the foreign languages department at that time.
In parallel, over a period of four years, Anca completed two initial and continuous teacher-training programs to certify her competencies for the teaching profession, through the Teacher Training Department within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences.

A complete training system combining video courses, live speaking practice, and measurable progress tracking.

Employees learn at their own pace with high-quality video modules built on the Oxford Business English curriculum:
– Professional & business vocabulary

Each learner follows a structured plan tailored to their level and goals. We track progress, engagement, and results throughout.
Time to advance one CEFR level:
Approx. 200 guided hours, according to Cambridge and our practical experience.
Our program includes 100 hours of video study + 100 hours of live practice per level, which can be completed intensively in 3 months or at a more relaxed pace in 6 months.
Business English levels typically follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale, which includes 6 levels: A1 Beginner, A2 Elementary, B1 Intermediate, B2 Upper-intermediate, C1 Advanced, and C2 Proficiency.

Your team puts theory into practice through dynamic, skills-focused sessions:
– Role-plays, debates, and simulations

All sessions are led by Anca or her team, and are recorded for review and self-analysis.
Employees who complete the program advance to the next English level (A1 → A2 → B1 → B2 → C1 → C2).
