The Founder’s Story
Hi, I’m Anca Bratu. I’ve loved languages since I was a child—captivated by foreign songs and movies, even when I couldn’t understand the words. I started learning English at 11 and began teaching it at 19.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck when speaking a language. In school, English focused only on grammar—listening, speaking, and pronunciation were almost ignored. I struggled to speak fluently despite understanding everything perfectly. That experience taught me empathy for every learner who feels “blocked” when it’s time to speak.
My first student? My younger sister. I taught her English from scratch one summer, and she passed her high school transfer exam with near-perfect scores, impressing her teachers. That early success showed me that the right guidance and practice can transform anyone’s learning journey.
Since university, I’ve dedicated myself to helping adults learn English and French—for business, careers, international exams. In 2015, I founded my first education firm, since then teaching thousands of Romanian students and partnering with hundreds of companies—first in-person, then online.
In 2022, I wanted to give learners more flexibility and faster results. I started recording complete video courses from beginner to advanced—paired with solved exercises and explanations. Live sessions became dedicated to speaking practice and personalized guidance.
In 2023, I launched Confident Business English, combining years of teaching experience into a proven program that helps you speak English confidently. With video lessons, small-group live sessions, one-on-one coaching and consulting, you can learn at your own pace while finally gaining the confidence to speak fluently.
Every part of this program reflects my personal journey: from struggling learner to freelance trainer and visionary entrepreneur—and it’s designed to help you achieve the results you’ve been dreaming of.

2012–2014 – Master’s Degree in Translation and Terminology (English–French), final dissertation grade: 10
2009–2012 – Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Modern Languages (English–French), final exam grade: 10
2010–2014 – Two teacher training programs (initial and continuing education) completed through the Department for Teacher Education, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, certifying professional teaching competencies

🎓 24/7 Video Courses with Anca
Based on the Oxford curriculum, from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1–C2), choose the levels that fit your goals.
Levels: A1 → A2 → B1 → B2 → C1 → C2
Learning Hours: According to Cambridge and our experience, each level requires ~200 hours of guided learning (approx. 2–4 hours/week of video study + live practice).
Focus on business or general English, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and all communication skills.
Practical exercises are solved and explained in the videos by Anca, so you can check your answers immediately.
Weekly progress monitoring: we track if and what you study to ensure steady progress.

Standard: 6 months, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00–12:00 (RO time)
Intensive: 3 months, Monday–Thursday, 10:00–12:00 (RO time)
